If the delivered product is found damaged or with any manufacturing defect, the customer can return the product to lemona.in.

The procedure of returning the product is as follows:

  1. In case of faulty product (or if the user is not satisfied with the quality of the product) the consumer shall intimate the Customer Care department of lemona.in  telephonically and explain the reason of return immediately after receiving the product. A written request must also be send electronically (i.e via e-mail) with reason of returning within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery.
  2. Once the executives of lemona.in found the reasons considerable, the product must be returned within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the receipt of the mail from us.
  3. Please ensure that the product must be unused and all the tags including the price tag, bar code, size tag, label etc. are intact or else the product will not be returned, exchanged and no refund will be made.
  4. The customer should make the arrangement of returning the product in the carton/packet along with the attached form in which the product is delivered.
  5. The charges of shipment of the product back will be returned in the account of the customer. 
  6. Please note that if the executives of lemona.in found that the product is in non-acceptable condition (i.e if the product is used and/or any of the tag attached to the product is tempered) no refund of the shipment and the product will be made.
  7. No request of return for personal care products like Perfumes, shampoos, deodorants, creams, under garments, socks, toiletries, hankies etc shall be entertained.
  8. If the executives of lemona.in  are satisfied that the product is having a genuine manufacturing defect and the product returned is within acceptable condition, the product can either be exchanged or the customer will be issued a credit note of the amount of the product which is valid for six months from the date of issue. With this credit note the user can shop another product on lemona.in within six months of the credit note issued.
  9. In case a customer wants monetary refund only, the amount will be refunded in the bank account from which the payment is made. 

Credit Note-

A Credit note is a written document which Storemet.com will issue against the money of the product returned. The facility of credit note is given in order to support the user. Suppose a user wants to return a product and he does not want to purchase any product immediately. With credit note, he can purchase a product of same price as that of the price of the product returned later within six months of the credit note issued. If he wants a monetary refund he will get the amount after deducting the logistic, handling, one side shipment and marketing charges from the amount paid for the product returned.24
